Felony stupidity!

BP/ Coast Guard clampdown on journalists. I can’t decide which is a bigger moron thing to do, bar journalists or reading what the journalists themselves actually write. Don’t they realize that all they have to do is give the largest media institutions unfettered access and the problem will go away? Ever since journalism schools started merging PR with their classes and took the emphasis off of actual reporting what comes out of the fourth estate has been a joke. It’s really no wonder that they’ve done this because any editor with a pair of balls has been fired and replaced with owners or their flunkies. Everyone is self-censoring and bending over backwards in hopes of getting access. The job of journalist isn’t an easy one and it requires extraordinary people to do it. Too bad we don’t have many left. BP and the new rules put out by the Coast Guard is a bunch of crap, but it’s just one more turd in the punch bowl that is this whole spill fiasco. What we need is Spider Jerusalem to come in and use his bowel disruptor.
