Border Patrol Union rep. keeps the ‘smart’ from crossing the border.

Following the tragic shooting of a small child earlier in the Juarez side of the border a union representative for Border Patrol agents said that it was ok for agents to shoot kids if they throw rocks at them. This sinks to the level of racist stupidity in my book. Shoot children who throw rocks at them? When will it be ok for police to do that in U.S. cities? Hopefully never is the answer that I’m looking for.
